好吃的美食往往和健康是相对，然而在这家MING HAUS私房料理就不一样了。
老板本身就是料理高手，因为某种原因，而不能喝咖啡。所以在她找到了她能喝这咖啡粉之后，就开了两间 Cafe 13 咖啡馆。
这MING HAUS是她的第三家店了。每个菜肴都是老板的精心炮制的，而且都是没有下味精，可见老板是多么的用心以及为了顾客的健康着想呢！不但如此，这家的装潢都是老板一手包办，为了就是提供给顾客更好和特别美的环境下用餐。
